May is National Photo Month. In 1987, as recognized by the US Congress, our industry started celebrating May as National Photo Month (NPM). A full 31 days to promote the joy and benefits of photography. The Soulard Art Market is recognizing NPM by exhibiting the photography of 30 local St. Louis area photographers. This invitational only exhibit runs May 15 through June 8, 2008. The opening reception is May 15 and 16th from 7:00 to 10:00pm.

Soulard Coffee Garden photography exhibit

The month of May is National Photo Month and the Soulard Coffee Garden is pleased to celebrate National Photo Month by hosting an exhibit of two St. Louis photographers: Dallas Moses and Jane Linders. These two have teamed up to present an eclectic mix of alternative process photography, sprinkled with conventional photography throughout the coffee house. Dallas Moses is a professional Broadcast Art Director and Designer. He also runs Orange Monkey Studio, a freelance design and fine art effort. His studio is located in the Koken Art Factory. . .
