As we approach the two year anniversary of Hurricanes
Katrina and Rita, the Gulf Coast pretty much looks the
same as it did right after the disaster. Why?
There will be a discussion following the film
including a report on a special meeting that took
place at the US Social Forum on reconstruction efforts

and the role of black progressives.
