Thanks again to everyone who supported the CAMP CAFE.

You are cordially invited to the C.A.M.P. CAFE

The CAFE is the "Capitalist Art and Food Experience."
No friends...we're not really interested in supporting capitalist
exploitation, but our first winter open has brought on sizable heating
bills, along with very large, unexpected building expenses running into
the $ thousands so to make ends meet up nicely
we have created this lovely art experience:

Featured Performers:
Na-do's Delight, performances @ 7:30 and 8:30
Fireflies, acro yoga performance troupe
Michael Franklin, spoken word
Meshe & Amelia, CAMP theme song @ 7:15
Eric Steins, spoken word

Also Featuring:
a Silent Art Action Auction
with works including: BoiBella, Fair Ophelia Designs,
Larva-Lou, Ms. Leanne Mead, Pete Stein, Karen Jones, Chris McClaren, Yasmine, Gretl Buechler and much more!
with auction proceeds being shared between
CAMP and the contributing artists.
Art bidding begins at 7:00 pm and will end promptly at 9:15 pm.

1st meeting for a Non Violent Communication (NVC) Group, where we will have 2 trained NVC facilitators on hand to help guide discussion.

From http://www.cnvc.org
"Nonviolent Communication helps connect us with what is alive in ourselves and in others moment-to-moment, with what we or others could do to make life more wonderful, and with an awareness of what gets in the way of natural giving and receiving."

It's a simple strategy for listening and speaking from a foundation of principles that allows everyone's needs to be equally valued.
